Rhys was born and raised in Portland. Her captivating talent was discovered by chance by the same legendary songwriter that made history with artists like Leona Lewis, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears. Together they wrote her debut single “Swallow Your Pride” and the succeeding international hit “Last Dance”. Recently she was nominated “Artist of the future” by the “Swedish Radio P3”.
